Each component is hand-molded separately, and then assebled, though both are made of the same polyeurethane resin material and painted.   Even here, the most minute details have been captured accurately: the tire valve-stem, PI tire pressure sensor, and the lead ballast have all been reproduced faithfully. Even the ejection moulding lines on the tires are replicated accurately.     Below: the custom-moulded driver's seat is a standard one-piece design with break-away shoulder to allow easier installation into the cockpit. The basic seat is moulded from polyeurethane foam, trimmed, and then covered with fabric. The five-point safety harness belts are actual fabric, and all buckles are made in stainless steel.
