 THIS IS OUR STORY Single Persons Association of Montreal (SPA Montreal) was formed in 1989 by a concerned group of individuals, whose goals were, and still are, to provide single parents and singles over the age of thirty-five the opportunity to meet and socialize using a diversified program of social, sports, and community activities. Membership and renewal fees are kept to a minimum, thus ensuring maximum participation in all the Club's activities. SPA Montreal is a non-profit organization, staffed by volunteers who serve without financial compensation. Income generated by the dances supports the Club's infrastructure, and subsidizes the Club's many activities. To date the Club has approx. 300 members. Membership in the Club is only $30.00 for the first year, and just $20.00 each year thereafter. SPA Montreal is not a dating service, but a social and recreational organization geared to singles and single parents in the community. Our motto? |
