The wait is nearly over! Frozen Shadows, new album “Hantises” will be released upon the masses on the 8th on March 2004. Recorded in November and December 2003, “Hantises” is another monument of darkness, violence and hatred, and sees Frozen Shadows return with its extreme breed of Black Metal. Definitely not for the weak-hearted!

The album will be released through Holy Records and will have a standard edition as well as a double CD limited to 2000 copies. The first CD of the limited edition will feature the “Hantises” album, while the second one will include a completely re-mastered version of the long sold-out Frozen Shadows demo “Empires de Glace”.

Frozen Shadows signs with Holy Records

Following the great answer to the "Frozen Shadows 2002" promo, as well as negociations with several record labels, Frozen Shadows decided to go with France's Holy Records. The group signed a 4 album deal with Holy Records in December of 2002, and will be coming back to the front lines in 2003 with a new album.

Second Album preparation

Frozen Shadows should be entering the recording studio very soon to record its eagerly awaited second album. Once again, fans of the group can expect tortured hymns to Hatred and Darkness. Those that have heard the band's previous offerings will notice it is now even harsher yet a lot more powerful than before, those that have not will notice soon enough!!!

New member

Namtar has left his drumming duties to concentrate on the guitar and bass.
Melkor is the new drummer for the band. For more details, see the biography.
